Photoshop Introduction


4. Crop tool- It cuts out a portion of the photo.

5. Lasso tool- Makes a shape in the photo in a certain spot you pick and adjustments depended on you.

6. Text tool- It allows you to add text to your photo to make it more appealing to others.

7. The buttons you press to undo a mistake you made is the Command-Z (Mac) or CTRL-Z (PC).

8. You open to the History palette and it brings you the window ---> History.

9. To rotate a image you go to  the image menu and select Image Rotation.

10. If you don't like your cropping box you can reshape by the edges of the cropping box you did and switch it around to the angle you like.

11. What you are telling Photoshop is which dimensions the image should result in after your crop.

12. The correct resolution for newsletters and newspaper is in the range of 150 to 200 ppi.

13. The correct resolution for magazines are in the range of 250 ppi or more.
