Motion Preview

1. You should slow down your shutter speed because the amount of time for the camera to open long enough for the image to sensor showing the movement of the subject.

2.There are two primary ways to catch motion in photography , 1. Slow Sync Flash, combines the the shutter speed with using flash that shows the elements of the photo that are frozen while the rest is blurry. 2. Panning, move the cameras along with the subject.

3.This mode allows you to set your shutter speed, while the camera chooses other settings.

4.Three methods to help with when there is too much light: 1. Small apertures: change the amount of light that comes in, 2. Decrease ISO: the lower the ISO the more longer the shutter speed is open, 3.Density Filter: changing the exposer in light similar to sunglasses.

5.You should use a slow shutter speed for panning.

6.Because it is the fastest point to focus to.

7.You should use continuos drive because it shoots multiple photos so you can't mess up easily.

8. AI servo focuses on the subject as it moves and updates the focus point in the camera.

9. The advantages of using AI servo in sports/action shots is that it will focus on the subject as it moves, basically it will stay on track focusing the entire time.

10. The BBF will auto focus for you instead of manual focus when taking action photography, you can focus it and it won't change until you decide to change it .

11.  Some challenges for BBF is when you have still subject that the camera will try to find focus and the results of this is the your subject will come out in and out. The camera is looking for motion in the subject, instead of staying still.
